The Outer Reef 26 Trawler-Tug was one of thirty built by Outer Reef Marine of Florida, between the mid-1970s and mid-1980s. She is of trawler design, with a displacement hull and a ballasted keel running aft on centerline, to a protected prop and rudder secured at the bottom by a supporting strap. The exterior was designed to provide a tug-like look with aft mini-sundeck; wheelhouse with inside helm; berth forward and down; saloon/galley aft and down with port side head; and aft cockpit.

Accommodations: Itís easy to handle and avoids one of the common defects of trawlers, which is the tendency to roll. Her fuel economy offers an affordable vacation or fun-filled weekend for the entire family. Layout is excellent for long cruises. It feels roomy in the main saloon and the wheelhouse teak is beautiful. V-berth is private, being separated from the main saloon by the wheelhouse. Features: Brand new Yanmar 75 hp diesel engine; 4JH4-TE. Recessed two burner alcohol stove; four cubic foot refrigerator /freezer. Four 105 amp batteries, navigation lights, bulkhead lights, circuit breaker panel. Fiberglass decks with foam core. 2-62 gallon aluminum fuel tank. 60 gallon water capacity. 26í tri-axle trailer with brakes. Stainless steel pulpit. Canvas Bimini top, Air conditioner. Four GFCI receptacles, Raymarine Radar. Furano GPS. The boat is a fixer upper. But itís a good, solid boat with lots of potential.
